Yes! Crazy Shotz Photo Booth is fully insured with liability coverage to ensure peace of mind for you and your venue. Many event spaces require vendors to have insurance, and we’re happy to provide proof of coverage upon request. If your venue needs a Certificate of Insurance (COI), just let us know, and we’ll take care of it!

Yes! To secure your event date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

If your event is within 30 days of booking, full payment is required upfront to confirm your reservation.

Yes! Our photo booth setup requires access to a dedicated power outlet within 20 feet of the booth location. This ensures optimal performance for our equipment, including lighting, printers, and digital features.

If your event is outdoors or in a venue with limited power access, please let us know in advance so we can discuss possible solutions! ⚡😊

Yes, we can set up the booth outdoors as long as the weather conditions are suitable. However, since we operate in Arizona, the booth cannot be placed in direct sunlight or in temperatures exceeding 95°F. Our equipment—including cameras, printers, and computers—can overheat in extreme heat, which could affect performance.

Additionally, for safety and stability, the booth must be set up against a wall, on level ground, and cannot be placed on dirt or uneven surfaces. If you’re planning an outdoor event, we recommend a shaded or covered area to ensure the best experience.
